JLL has appointed Nishant Kabra as its new Managing Director for Bengaluru, consolidating leadership across business lines in the commercial property sector. Kabra will also continue in his role as Managing Director for Investment Sales and Debt Advisory within the capital markets division, strengthening JLL’s leadership presence across India’s real estate market.
Who is Nishant Kabra
Bringing nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, Kabra holds an established background in market development, client relationship management, and institutional leadership. Chief Executive Officer Radha Dhir noted that the local market serves as a primary office hub housing more than 800 global capability centers.
Official figures highlight that the city recorded leasing activity totaling 43.4 million square feet by global capability centers between 2022 and the first half of 2026, representing 38 percent of total space take up nationwide.
