Bengaluru-based quick home services platform Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as its new Head of Operations. Yadav will take charge of day-to-day operations and work on systems that can help the company handle a larger number of service requests as it expands.
The appointment comes as Snabbit moves into its next phase of growth. The company has already crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs and recently recorded more than 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day, indicating growing demand for its home service platform.
Yadav brings around 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses. Before joining Snabbit, he co-founded quick fashion commerce startup Klydo and also held senior roles at Udaan and Flipkart.
He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi. His experience in building and managing operations across consumer-focused businesses is expected to help Snabbit improve service fulfilment as it expands into more markets.
Career Background
Pradeep co-founded Klydo with Ankit Agarwal in September 2025. The startup launched a quick fashion delivery model in Bengaluru, promising delivery in around 15 to 30 minutes. Klydo raised about $2 million in seed funding during its early phase.
However, Klydo paused its consumer operations in July 2026 as it began working on a new product direction. Yadav now moves to Snabbit, where his experience in quick commerce and operations is likely to be relevant to the company plans for rapid expansion.
Yadav succeeds Vikas Choudhary, who has led Snabbit operations for the past 18 months. Choudhary is not leaving the company. Instead, he will take responsibility for new businesses and explore emerging opportunities for Snabbit.
The leadership change comes at a time when quick home services are gaining attention in India. Consumers are increasingly looking for convenient ways to book routine household services, while platforms are working to make fulfilment faster and more reliable.
Snabbit Footprint
Snabbit currently operates across five cities and more than 150 micromarkets. Its network includes Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
The company says it plans to expand further across India. Its immediate focus is on building the technology and operational infrastructure needed to support a much larger customer base without affecting service quality.
One of Snabbit larger ambitions is to serve 1 million households every day. Reaching that target will require a significant expansion in its service network, workforce, technology systems and operational processes.
Pradeep appointment is therefore expected to play an important role in this next stage. Managing high order volumes across multiple cities requires strong planning around worker availability, customer demand, service quality and fulfilment speed.
Quick Services Market
Snabbit operates in a growing segment of consumer internet market where convenience is becoming an important part of household services. The company aims to bring faster access to routine home services through a technology-led platform.
Its growth also reflects a wider trend in Indian startups, where companies are increasingly testing hyperlocal models built around speed and convenience. However, expanding such services profitably remains a challenge because companies need to balance customer demand, worker availability, service quality and operating costs.
