Insurtech platform InsuranceDekho has appointed Rohan Mittal as Group CFO to manage financial operations, capital strategy, and corporate governance. He brings nearly two decades of experience in scaling high growth businesses and managing restructuring across listed companies.
Who is Rohan Mittal
Before joining InsuranceDekho, Mittal was Group CFO at RateGain, where he managed a major acquisition and financial consolidation. He also led finance at Yatra Online during its public market debut, handled debt restructuring at Allcargo Gati, and oversaw finance at Rivigo before its acquisition by Mahindra Logistics.
Mittal is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh. He enters the insurtech sector at a time when digital platforms are scaling operations to expand insurance penetration across India.
