Saibal Roy joins Ishan Technologies with over 30 years of experience in telecom and enterprise software. He earlier worked at Bharti Airtel for nearly 14 years, managing key business areas like government clients, corporate enterprises, and wholesale carrier markets.
Before joining Ishan Technologies, Saibal Roy worked as India Vertical Head for manufacturing, retail, and distribution at ServiceNow India, a cloud-computing company. Earlier, he held senior roles at Tata Communications, HFCL, and Tulip Telecom. Academically, Roy is an electronics engineer and has studied at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
Operational Scale
The company plans to use Saibal experience to win complex digital transformation projects in both government and private sectors. As networks grow bigger, regional system integrators like Ishan need strong internal systems to manage large projects without delays in service delivery.
