Fintech platform PayU and enterprise software provider Marg ERP have announced a strategic partnership to power Marg Pay, an integrated payment solution designed to streamline digital payment collections and account reconciliation for pharmaceutical distributors and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise retailers across domestic markets.
The collaboration embeds payment infrastructure directly into the software workflows of Marg ERP, establishing a connected environment that combines order placement, financial settlements, and ledger reconciliation within a single interface.
How Marg Pay Work
Manual payment reconciliation historically burdened distribution networks through slow and error-prone tracking systems vulnerable to pilferage. Within the pharmaceutical distribution segment, where operational frequency remains high, administrative friction directly introduces working capital risks and revenue leakage. The integrated platform tackles these vulnerabilities at the base layer by automating invoicing, collection tracking, and ledger entries.
Retailers can generate dynamic quick response codes against individual invoices to execute instant digital transfers that post automatically into the ERP software. Meanwhile, distributors can issue dedicated payment links per invoice, facilitating bill-by-bill reconciliation, same-day settlement cycles, and optimized operational workflows.
