Binny Bansal-Backed ShopOS Launches New AI Tool Sloosh

About ShopOS Sloosh AI

Bengaluru-based AI startup ShopOS has launched Sloosh.ai, a platform designed to create product images, visual scenes, reels and creator-style videos using artificial intelligence. The product is aimed at creators, agencies, founders and small businesses that need content in multiple formats.

The launch follows a $20 million funding round raised by ShopOS from 3STATE Ventures, the investment firm founded by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal. ShopOS provides AI-based creative production services to fashion, retail and direct-to-consumer brands in India, the UAE and the United States.

Sloosh uses the image and video orchestration engine already deployed by ShopOS for its brand clients. The platform combines AI agents and reusable workflows, while also offering access to human creative support from the company.

Sloosh Offers 4 Formats

Users can create content on Sloosh through four routes. These include an AI chat interface, pre-built workflows called Spaces, a visual workflow builder named Spacelab and support from the ShopOS in-house creative team.

The platform also has a batch mode that allows users to run reusable workflows for producing larger volumes of images and videos. This is intended for users who need similar types of content across multiple products or campaigns.

Sloosh is also being connected with external AI tools. Its Model Context Protocol integration allows it to work with AI assistants including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Cursor. ShopOS is separately launching a plugin for Adobe After Effects.

ShopOS Builds AI Business

ShopOS was founded by Sai Krishna V K and Ajay P V. The founders previously built Scapic, an artificial intelligence and augmented reality commerce platform that was acquired by Flipkart in 2020.

After the acquisition, the two founders went on to set up and lead Flipkart Labs. ShopOS was later established as an AI-focused startup serving brands with technology for creative production.

The company operates across fashion, retail and direct-to-consumer businesses. Its model combines software-based creative tools with AI-powered production services for brands, rather than relying only on a standalone software product.

What is Sloosh

Sloosh is the new consumer-facing AI creative platform from ShopOS. It allows users to generate visual content from ideas, photographs and videos, with tools covering product imagery, visual scenes, reels and creator-style videos.

The platform uses the same underlying image and video orchestration technology that ShopOS uses for its brand work. Its business model combines self-serve software features with workflow-based production and optional assistance from the ShopOS creative team.

Sloosh is available globally. New users receive 20 free credits, while paid subscriptions start at $19 a month. The company has not disclosed separate revenue figures or user numbers for the new platform.

AI Content Market

Latest launch comes as businesses increasingly use generative AI tools for commercial content production. Product photography, short-form video and other visual formats are among the areas where companies are testing AI-based production to reduce the time involved in creating multiple versions of content.

Sloosh is entering this market with a focus on retail and product-related content, while its integration with existing AI assistants and creative software gives users additional ways to access its workflows.

For ShopOS, the platform also represents an expansion from providing AI creative production to brands towards offering the underlying tools directly to a wider group of users. The company has not disclosed a separate funding amount or valuation for Sloosh.
