Hyderabad-based aerospace and defense tech startup Constelli has successfully raised USD 3 million in a pre-Series A funding round. This marks the company’s first institutional funding, led by Pravega Ventures. The funds will be used for capital expenditure and research and development (R&D) to create innovative products for the defense sector.
“Our vision is to establish an Indian company as a global defense leader, and this funding brings us closer to that goal,” said Satya Gopal Panigrahi, Founder and CEO of Constelli.
Founded in 2017 by Panigrahi and Avinash Chenreddy, Constelli specializes in advanced signal processing solutions for aerospace and defense systems. The company’s cutting-edge products improve the design, development, and testing of radar and electronic warfare (EW) systems. Constelli serves prestigious clients, including India’s Ministry of Defence, DRDO, and international contractors in South Korea, Australia, and Singapore.
Constelli leverages advanced hardware and software technologies, modeling and simulation tools, and distributed computing to enhance RF mission sensors. “This funding allows us to invest in new product development and expand our sales and marketing efforts,” said Chenreddy, Co-founder and CTO.
With a focus on modernizing defense platforms, Constelli aims to simplify the development lifecycle of airborne and ground defense systems, making them more efficient and effective.
AstroSure.ai Secures USD 6 Million Funding
Astro-tech startup AstroSure.ai has raised USD 6 million in seed funding led by Pradeep Dadha and other investors. The funds will support app improvements, new feature development, user growth, and talent acquisition, according to the company.
AstroSure.ai was launched by Vanya Mishra and Hatim Kantawalla this month. The app combines the wisdom of Vedic astrology with artificial intelligence to deliver personalized, real-time insights. Unlike traditional astrology apps, AstroSure.ai features a virtual assistant named Agastyaa, which uses Vedic principles to provide accurate guidance on important life decisions like marriage, career, and investments.
“AstroSure.ai is more than just an app; it’s like having a supportive friend available anytime, even at 3 AM,” said Vanya Mishra, Co-founder and CEO of AstroSure.ai. “By blending astrology with advanced technology, we empower users to make informed, unbiased decisions without any hidden costs.”
The app operates on a freemium model, making it accessible to users across both iOS and Android platforms. It focuses on mental well-being and user convenience, offering a stress-free experience for those seeking guidance.
AstroSure.ai enters a growing market for online astrology services, highlighted by the success of competitors like Noida-based Astrotalk. With its unique approach and user-friendly features, the app aims to set new standards in digital astrology.
Promising Future for Both Startups
Constelli and AstroSure.ai are making significant strides in their respective fields. Constelli’s focus on defense technology innovation and AstroSure.ai’s combination of AI and Vedic astrology highlight the potential of Indian startups to lead in diverse industries.
