Keerthy Suresh has made her debut at Milan Fashion Week, attending the Giorgio Armani show in Milan and adding another international appearance to her recent public schedule. The actor chose a restrained grey outfit for her first appearance at the Italian fashion house event.
For the show, Keerthy wore a sleeveless grey tailored vest over a crisp white shirt, teamed with wide-leg grey trousers and pointed heels. The outfit used a simple colour palette and structured tailoring rather than a heavily styled red-carpet look.
She kept the rest of her appearance minimal, with her hair tied in a neat updo, subtle jewellery and understated makeup. During the event, she was also seen with Silvana Armani, Creative Director of the Women Collection at Giorgio Armani.
Keerthy New Look
Milan appearance comes at a time when Keerthy has been making more international appearances linked to her films and public engagements. Her choice at the Armani show was different from the traditional Indian styling she used during her recent appearance in Toronto.
At the Toronto International Film Festival, Keerthy attended the world premiere of Dorothy. For that event, she wore a burgundy and antique-gold outfit by designer Karan Torani, styled by Ami Patel, and paired it with traditional Kerala jewellery.
The look combined elements of Kanjivaram dressing with a contemporary fashion approach. It also brought Indian textile and jewellery references to an international film festival setting, contrasting with the western tailoring she chose for Milan.
Her Milan appearance follows the September premiere of Dorothy at TIFF. The Tamil film, directed by Karthik Subbaraj, stars Keerthy in the lead and was released in Indian theatres on September 25.
The film festival appearance and the Milan fashion event have placed the actor in two different international settings within a short period. While Toronto was connected to cinema, Milan brought her into the fashion circuit through Giorgio Armani.
Her Armani appearance also comes during a significant period for the Italian fashion house. Giorgio Armani presented its Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear collection in Milan under the creative direction of Silvana Armani, with the collection titled “Evolution”.
Who is Keerthy Suresh
Keerthy Suresh is an Indian actor who works mainly in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam cinema. Born on October 17, 1992, in Chennai, she is the daughter of actor Menaka and producer G. Suresh Kumar. She studied fashion design at Pearl Academy in Chennai before building her career in films.
She began acting as a child before returning to cinema in lead roles with the Malayalam film Geethanjali in 2013. She later entered Tamil and Telugu cinema and appeared in films including Rajini Murugan, Nenu Sailaja, Nenu Local and Sarkar.
Her career gained wider recognition with Mahanati, in which she portrayed legendary Telugu actress Savitri. The performance earned her the National Film Award for Best Actress. She has since worked across different genres, including Saani Kaayidham, Vaashi, Dasara, Maamannan and Raghu Thatha.
