The Noida International Airport (NIA) officially joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the world’s largest voluntary corporate sustainability initiative on Tuesday. By joining the UNGC, NIA agrees to follow the Ten Principles of the Global Compact, which focus on human rights, fair labor, environmental protection, and fighting corruption. The airport is also supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The UN Global Compact, which started in 2000, now includes more than 15,000 businesses and 3,000 non-business organizations from over 160 countries. Noida International Airport’s Development Plans
