Awfis Q4 Revenue Up 46%, Profitable for First Time

Share post:

Flexible workspace provider Awfis Space Solutions has reported a 46% jump in revenue for the Q4 (fourth quarter) of FY25, reaching Rs 340 crore. This strong performance helped the company turn profitable on an annual basis for the first time, with a profit before tax of Rs 44 crore under Ind-AS and Rs 97 crore under IGAAP-equivalent standards.

For the full financial year, Awfis recorded a 42% increase in operating revenue, totaling Rs 1,208 crore, mainly due to rising demand from enterprise clients and aggressive capacity growth. The company also added over 39,000 operational seats, bringing the total to more than 134,000 seats across 208 centers in India.

Awfis Quarterly Profit Jumps

In Q4 FY25 alone, net profit rose to Rs 11.23 crore, a ninefold jump from Rs 1.38 crore in Q4 FY24. The EBITDA margin expanded to 34.1%, improving by 520 basis points compared to the same quarter last year. Awfis’ total income for the quarter was Rs 359.4 crore, which includes Rs 19.7 crore in other income.

Enterprise clients made up 79% of the Q4 revenue, with co-working rentals and services contributing Rs 269 crore, a 60% rise from the previous year. Other revenues came from facility management, fit-outs, and food services. The company also onboarded key clients, including the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and multiple global capability centers.

Awfis continued its focus on the Managed Aggregation (MA) model, which now contributes 67% of seats and 64% of centers. This strategy helps reduce risk and improve capital efficiency. The company’s total expenses in Q4 FY25 rose 45% to Rs 347.5 crore, with depreciation at Rs 82 crore and finance costs up 79% at Rs 42.6 crore.

New CEO Appointment

As part of its leadership changes, Awfis has promoted Sumit Lakhani to Chief Executive Officer. He joined Awfis in 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer and later served as Deputy CEO.

Chairman and MD Amit Ramani outlined a two-phase growth plan for FY26. The first half will focus on improving occupancy and efficiency, while the second half will look at strategic expansion into new markets with high demand potential. Awfis also plans to build on its recent partnership with ECOS India to offer chauffeur-driven services for corporate clients.

With a strong financial turnaround and future-ready growth plans, Awfis aims to further solidify its leadership in India’s flexible workspace sector.
