Starting at Rs 35 per month, Paytm Health Saathi provides unlimited doctor teleconsultations powered by MediBuddy, in-person doctor visits within a designated network, and discounts on pharmacy purchases and diagnostic tests. Additionally, it offers income protection in case of business interruptions due to accidents, natural disasters, or strikes.

The claim process for Paytm Health Saathi is streamlined and can be completed directly through the app, ensuring ease of use for merchants. This allows them to focus on their business operations without concerns about healthcare expenses or income loss.
Rollout and Response
The pilot phase of Paytm Health Saathi began in May, with more than 3,000 merchant partners already availing of its benefits. Due to its initial success, Paytm has expanded the plan to all its merchants, enhancing support across its vast network.
