Delhivery Partners with Teamglobal to Boost Ocean Freight Services

Share post:

India’s leading logistics company, Delhivery, has formed a strategic partnership with Teamglobal Logistics to enhance its ocean freight services. This collaboration aims to make it easier for businesses involved in global trade by offering a more integrated logistics solution.

Together, they will focus on improving Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments, which allow businesses to ship smaller quantities of goods at affordable rates. The partnership will expand Delhivery’s LCL services to over 120 countries.

Expanding Reach and Services

Through this partnership, Delhivery will use its extensive Part Truckload (PTL) shipping network that covers over 18,700 pin codes across India. This network will support Teamglobal global freight operations. On the other hand, Teamglobal, which is India’s largest LCL operator, will bring its expertise to help Delhivery reach new international markets more efficiently.

This collaboration is designed to solve the long-standing challenge Indian businesses face when coordinating shipments with multiple logistics providers for international cargo transport. By joining forces, Delhivery and Teamglobal aim to create a seamless and more convenient experience for businesses, whether they are importing or exporting goods.

Simplifying Logistics for Businesses

One of the key benefits of this partnership is that it offers an integrated logistics solution. This means businesses no longer need to work with several different vendors for various stages of their global shipments. The combined services will help streamline the entire process, from ground transport to ocean freight.

With Delhivery’s network of express and freight services, as well as tech-enabled tracking systems and in-house regulatory clearance, businesses will have a much smoother experience shipping goods internationally. The partnership will also benefit companies of all sizes, including SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) that want to expand their global reach but may lack the resources to manage complex shipping arrangements.

Leaders Speak About the Partnership

Speaking about the collaboration, Navneet Khandelwal, Senior Director of Global Operations at Delhivery, said, “We are excited to work with Teamglobal, who are experts in LCL shipping, and we look forward to offering this new service to our customers across India.”

Sujit Baral, Vice President at Teamglobal, added, “This partnership brings together our strengths in logistics and technology to deliver a better experience for customers.”

Together, Delhivery and Teamglobal will provide a more reliable and efficient solution for businesses looking to expand their operations globally.
