Founded by Arpita Aditi and Niteesh Jaiswal, Dil Foods follows an asset-light cloud kitchen model. Instead of building new restaurants, it partners with existing kitchens and equips them to run multiple delivery-first brands such as Bhole ke Chole, Bihari Bowl, The Chaat Cult, House of Andhra, and Khichdi Bar. The company provides menu optimization, training, tech setup, packaging, and marketing support, allowing restaurants to increase utilization and revenue. Dil Foods gained national visibility after appearing on Shark Tank India, where its scalable model impressed investors. With fresh Series B funding in May 2026, it plans to expand to Tier I & II cities, strengthen supply chains, and reach Rs 500 crore annual revenue by FY28.
