USISPF Welcomes Peak XV’s Shailendra Singh to Board of Directors

The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has appointed Shailendra Singh, Managing Director of Peak XV Partners, to its Board of Directors. Shailendra Singh is a well-known figure in the investment world, bringing vast experience and strategic insight to the USISPF. At Peak XV, he leads the firm’s global operations, managing over $9 billion in assets.

Leadership Comments

USISPF President and CEO, Dr. Mukesh Aghi, expressed his excitement about Shailendra Singh’s appointment. “I am thrilled to welcome Shailendra to the USISPF Board of Directors. Shailendra Singh’s appointment is expected to strengthen Peak XV’s presence in the US market. He has been recognized in the Forbes Midas List of top global venture capitalists for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020, highlighting his influence and success in the venture capital industry.

These include Salil Parekh, CEO of Infosys; Arvind Krishna, Chairman and CEO of IBM; Dorothy Attwood, Senior Vice President of Global Legal, Policy, and Compliance for The Walt Disney Company; Amarjyoti (Amar) Barua, Executive Vice President of Group Strategy at the Mahindra Group; Joe Ucuzoglu, Deloitte Global CEO; Raj Shah, Co-CEO of MSI Surfaces; Alex Rogers, President of Global Affairs and Qualcomm Technology Licensing for Qualcomm Incorporated; and Prashant Ruia, Director of Essar Capital.

The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum is dedicated to creating a strong partnership between the United States and India. As an independent not-for-profit institution, USISPF aims to strengthen ties between businesses, non-profit organizations, and governments of both nations, fostering a robust and strategic bilateral relationship.
