Sciative Solutions, a leader in AI-powered dynamic pricing, has launched an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for key members of its leadership team. This initiative aims to boost accountability, drive greater efficiency, and accelerate the company’s long-term growth. By offering equity ownership to top-performing employees, Sciative intends to strengthen leadership capabilities and build a roadmap for success over the next four years.
Building a Core Leadership Team
The ESOP rollout is focused on creating a core leadership team tasked with shaping Sciative’s future trajectory. From a pool of 12 high-performing employees, seven individuals have been carefully selected to form the Core Team. These leaders will focus on key areas essential for the company’s success, including People & Culture, Product Development, Tech Excellence, Customer Success, and Growth & Marketing.
With a clear roadmap in place, the Core Team aims to help Sciative achieve its ambitious target of growing fivefold over the next four years. The team will play a crucial role in driving innovation, enhancing customer experiences, and improving internal processes to ensure sustainable growth.
Financial Incentives and Equity Ownership
As part of the ESOP package, the selected team members will receive equity shares valued between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 60 lakh. With the company’s growth projections, the value of these shares could multiply over the next four years, reaching crores in potential valuation.
In addition to equity ownership, the ESOP program includes attractive financial incentives. Team members will enjoy a guaranteed 30% annual salary increase, providing them with consistent income growth. They will also receive a lump sum cash bonus of Rs 20 lakh in addition to their existing cost-to-company (CTC) package.
