Bold Care, India’s leading sexual wellness and health brand, has secured $5 million in Series A funding. The company, co-founded by Bollywood star Ranveer Singh, aims to enhance men’s and women’s health solutions across India.
This funding round saw support from notable investors, including Nithin Kamath’s Rainmatter, Mithun & Siddhartha Sacheti (CaratLane founders), the Dhanani family (Sayaji Hotels), and AVT Group. Other key contributors included Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund, MGA Ventures LLP, Claris Capital Limited, NB Ventures Limited, and AP Partners.
Sexual Health and Wellness Solutions
With this new investment, Bold Care plans to:
- Enhance research and development (R&D) capabilities
- Strengthen its digital presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BlinkIt, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto
- Launch new and innovative products to meet the growing demand for sexual health solutions in India
Co-founder and CEO Rajat Jadhav expressed excitement over the funding, stating that this investment will help the company reach more people across India. He emphasized that customer trust and investor support will fuel Bold Care’s growth and allow it to continue breaking the stigma around sexual wellness.
In December 2024, Bold Care reached a major milestone by crossing Rs 100 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR). This followed an impressive Rs 32.9 crore turnover in the 2023-24 financial year. The brand has built a strong presence on its own website, e-commerce platforms, and quick commerce apps, making it one of India’s top sexual wellness brands.
Bold Care Expands into Women Wellness
In October 2024, Bold Care launched Bloom, a dedicated women’s wellness brand. This new segment was introduced to address the growing demand for women’s health solutions. Bloom focuses on research-driven wellness products that help women at different life stages.
