Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has stepped into the world of business by joining PALMONAS, a growing demi-fine jewelry brand, as a Co-founder. This exciting development comes as PALMONAS raises Rs 1.26 crore in funding from Shark Tank India Season 4 investors Namita Thapar, Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals, and Ritesh Agarwal, Founder of OYO. The company’s founders, Amol Patwari and Pallavi Mohadikar, successfully secured the investment in exchange for 1% equity in their brand.

Shark Tank India Seals the Deal

PALMONAS impressed investors during its pitch on Shark Tank India, showcasing its unique approach to demi-fine jewelry. The brand’s vision to bridge the gap between fine jewelry and fashion jewelry attracted Namita Thapar and Ritesh Agarwal, who saw great potential in PALMONAS’ future. Their investment reflects a strong belief in the brand’s ability to revolutionize India’s affordable luxury jewelry market and beyond.

With this funding, PALMONAS plans to expand its offline retail presence, launching exclusive jewelry experience stores in major metropolitan cities. The brand also aims for international expansion, targeting markets such as the US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Shraddha Kapoor as PALMONAS Co-founder

PALMONAS is also investing in AI-driven personalization technology to enhance the customer experience. This advanced technology will help customers receive jewelry recommendations tailored to their unique preferences, making shopping more personalized and enjoyable.

Speaking about the brand’s vision, Shraddha Kapoor shared, “Jewelry should feel like a second skin—effortless and expressive. PALMONAS is making luxury jewelry affordable and accessible for everyone. With the support of Shark Tank India and our new investors, we are set to change the way India wears jewelry.”

Co-founder Amol Patwari expressed excitement about the investment, stating, “This funding from Namita Thapar and Ritesh Agarwal proves the strong potential of PALMONAS. With Shraddha Kapoor now on board as a Co-founder, we are ready for rapid growth, bringing premium demi-fine jewelry to a wider audience.”

Co-founder Pallavi Mohadikar highlighted the brand’s mission, saying, “Shark Tank India was more than just a funding opportunity—it was a platform to educate people on the importance of demi-fine jewelry. With Shraddha’s influence and our investors’ mentorship, we are set to achieve remarkable success.”

PALMONAS: Rising Star in Jewelry World

Founded in Pune, PALMONAS offers a modern collection of demi-fine jewelry made from sterling silver, stainless steel, and gold vermeil. In just three months, the brand has already launched five retail stores and is expanding rapidly.
