LiaPlus AI, a platform focused on automating customer support through artificial intelligence, has raised Rs 2 crore in a seed funding round. This round was led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), a Gurugram-based angel investment firm, with additional support from Chandigarh Angel Network, Growth Sense, and Growth91.
The company plans to use the funds to expand its team, form global partnerships, and further enhance its technology.

Founded by Smridhi Seth (COO) and Shailesh Jaiswal (CEO), LiaPlus AI offers AI-driven customer support agents that can assist businesses 24/7. These virtual AI employees communicate in 18 languages, including English, Hindi, and Arabic. Beyond handling customer inquiries, the AI agents perform post-call actions such as sending emails or WhatsApp messages, enabling companies to focus more on important decisions and growth.

Founders’ Background
Shailesh Jaiswal, CEO of LiaPlus AI, holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Delhi. He has experience working with multinational corporations, specializing in prompt engineering and automating customer support and sales processes.
COO Smridhi Seth also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Delhi and brings over five years of experience in data science, research and development, and behavioral analysis. She has worked with clients in healthcare, hospitality, and technology sectors to drive AI-driven growth and innovation.
LiaPlus AI has established a presence in India, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia, focusing primarily on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and e-commerce sectors.
