Infinyte.Club Raises $3.6 Million in Seed Funding Round

Infinyte.Club, a Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup, has successfully raised $3.6 million in its seed funding round. The round was led by Elevation Capital, with notable angel investors participating, including Kunal Shah (Founder of CRED), Vidit Aatrey (Co-founder of Meesho), Gaurav Munjal (CEO of Unacademy), Sanket Shah (CEO of InVideo), Varun Dua (Founder of ACKO), and Harshil Mathur (Co-founder of Razorpay).

What Does Infinyte.Club Do?

Founded in 2023 by Ankita Tandon and Joylita Saldanha, Infinyte.Club is a platform focused on creating and managing wealth specifically for tech workers and startup employees. The platform offers a range of services, including tracking assets, managing equity portfolios, and unlocking the value of stock options. Infinyte.Club has facilitated over 40 deals during its beta phase, providing private equity and Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) solutions.

Purpose of Fundraising

The capital raised in this seed funding round will be used to expand Infinyte.Club’s technology infrastructure and grow its team. The co-founders aim to build a comprehensive ecosystem over the next 3–5 years that not only helps realize equity value but also provides advanced financial tools and exclusive investment opportunities for its users.

Infinyte.Club’s Growth

During its beta phase, Infinyte.Club closed over 40 primary and secondary deals. The founders emphasized that their product is designed to grow alongside its members, who are some of the brightest minds in the country. They aim to ensure that these intelligent investors have access to products that match their creativity and acumen.

Infinyte.Club is focused on helping tech workers and startup employees fully leverage their contributions to the evolving technology landscape and realize their wealth ambitions.

Aiming to Attract Investors

Looking ahead, Infinyte.Club plans to attract more investors and expand its range of asset classes. The startup is targeting around 100,000 customers by the end of this financial year. Vaas Bhaskar, Principal at Elevation Capital, commented on the investment, stating that Infinyte.Club’s mission is closely aligned with the growing trends in India’s startup ecosystem.

As India experiences substantial wealth generation through startups and tech enterprises, there is an increasing need for dedicated platforms like Infinyte.Club that cater to the unique needs of founders and operators.
