Outzidr, a fast-growing fashion startup focused on Gen Z women, has raised Rs 27 crore ($3.1 million) in a pre-Series A funding round. The investment was led by RTP Global, with Stellaris Venture Partners also participating.
This new round comes after the brand previously raised Rs 30 crore in a seed round, also led by Stellaris, along with support from strategic angel investors.
Targets Gen Z Women
Founded in 2024 by Nirmal Jain, Mani Kant Mani, and Justin Mario, Outzidr officially launched in February 2025. It caters to Indian women aged 18–28, offering trendy western wear designed for active social lifestyles like brunches, festivals, and date nights.
The brand aims to become the go-to choice for everyday fashion among Gen Z women, using fresh designs and fast response to style trends.
Rapid Style Launches
Outzidr follows a test-and-scale model, where it first launches small batches, then scales up the best-performing styles. The brand introduces up to 2,000 new styles monthly, through its own D2C website and marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa Fashion.
In just five months, the company claims to have acquired over 1,00,000 customers, with 1.5x higher customer retention than typical industry rates.
Growth and Expansion Plans
The latest funds will help Outzidr grow its team in design, technology, and operations, and to open its first exclusive offline store by March 2026.
Co-founder and CEO Nirmal Jain said, “Outzidr represents the energy of a new generation—fast-paced, fresh, and fearless. This fundraise validates our mission and momentum.”
Strong Market Support
India’s fast fashion market, currently valued at $10 billion, is expected to grow to $50 billion by FY31, according to RedSeer’s June 2024 report.
Investors like RTP Global and Stellaris praised the Outzidr team’s speed, clarity, and understanding of Gen Z behavior, calling it a future category-defining brand.

Outzidr joins a growing list of Gen Z-focused fashion startups in India, alongside names like Snitch, Freakins, and Urbanic. These brands are changing how young Indian women shop—prioritizing affordable style, fast delivery, and social media-friendly trends.
