Protein Snack Startup FitFeast Raises Rs 5.5 Crore

Share post:

FitFeast, a rising protein-rich snack brand from India, has secured Rs 5.5 crore in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The funding will help the company scale its presence in the direct-to-consumer space, strengthen its leadership team, and launch more innovative snacks tailored for Indian tastes.

The round also saw participation from other strategic investors such as Raghav Singhal of Swasthum Wellness, Santosh Govindaraju, and senior professionals like Abhishek Chopra and Aabhas Khanna from HSBC.

What is FitFeast

FitFeast was founded in 2021 by Aditya Poddar with the aim of making protein-rich food tasty, accessible, and fun. Instead of bland options, the company offers delicious alternatives like Malai Kulfi Protein Shakes, Peri Peri Chips, and White Chocolate Peanut Butter. These products combine high nutrition with flavours Indians love.

The brand has witnessed rapid growth, achieving over Rs 50 lakh in monthly revenue and expanding delivery across 20,000+ pin codes. Products are available through its website and popular platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Zepto.

Shane Watson Joins Mission

In a big endorsement, cricket legend Shane Watson has come on board as an investor and brand partner. After trying FitFeast’s protein chips and shakes, Watson was so impressed by the taste and quality that he decided to back the company long-term.

Indian cricketer Axar Patel also supports the brand as both an investor and brand ambassador, adding strength to FitFeast’s reputation in the fitness and wellness market.

Founder’s Personal Journey

Aditya Poddar, an alumnus of JIIT, started FitFeast after his personal transformation, during which he lost 20 kilograms. He bootstrapped the company to Rs 1 crore in annual revenue in its first year, even before taking outside capital. His appearance on Shark Tank India Season 4 helped bring national attention to the brand.

The company’s mission is clear: to make protein part of daily life through tasty, nutritious snacks designed for modern India.

Future Plans Unfold

With this new funding, FitFeast aims to expand its product line, build a stronger marketing engine, and grow its presence in metro and Tier 1 cities. The company is targeting young professionals and Gen Z consumers who are looking for affordable, protein-rich food that doesn’t compromise on flavour.

As India’s health and wellness food market grows rapidly, FitFeast is ready to lead the protein snack revolution with its unique mix of taste and nutrition.
