Cura Care Raises Rs 5 Crore to Expand At-Home Dental Services

Share post:

Cura Care, a new-age startup focused on at-home dental services, has successfully raised Rs 5 crore in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by Zeropearl VC and supported by angel investors, friends, and family. Notable investors include Shripad Nadkarni and the late Rohan Mirchandani. This milestone marks a major step forward for the company as it aims to revolutionize the oral wellness industry in India.

Cura Care: At-Home Dental Services

Founded in January 2025 by IIT Delhi alumni Abhinav Kumar and Chinmay Mittal, along with oral surgeon Dr. Paminder Singh, Cura Care was created with a mission to make professional dental care accessible and convenient. The founders believe the future of wellness includes comfort, safety, and time-saving experiences. Cura Care is now positioning itself as a premium brand in India’s growing $60 billion wellness market by offering dental care directly at the doorstep.

Purpose Of Funding Round

With the Rs 5 crore raised, Cura Care plans to work on product-market fit, improve customer experience, and build a scalable model for long-term success. The company also welcomed Bipin Shah, Founder of Zeropearl VC, to its board of directors. His presence and strategic insight will play a crucial role in building an experience-led, convenience-first oral care ecosystem. According to the company, their vision is to redefine oral wellness standards in India and consistently offer top-class care delivered by trained professionals.

Cura Care’s business model focuses on offering high-quality dental care at home, including teeth cleaning, whitening, polishing, and scaling. All services are performed by DCI-certified dentists using customized, portable dental units designed for safe and hygienic procedures. The goal is to deliver maximum comfort without the need for patients to visit clinics, especially in urban areas where time is often a constraint.

Making Dental Care Accessible

Bipin Shah summed up the solution perfectly, saying that while most people have dental problems and can afford Rs 1,500 per session, the biggest issue is time. Cura Care solves that by sending trained dental experts directly to customers’ homes, helping people save time without sacrificing quality.

Since its launch, Cura Care has served more than 1,000 customers through both home visits and wellness camps. The startup has managed to maintain an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 90% and an average customer rating of 4.87. These results show strong customer satisfaction and the potential for growth in India’s wellness industry.

Indian Oral Wellness Sector

With a strong funding foundation and a unique approach to oral wellness, Cura Care aims to scale its services across major Indian cities. As it continues building trust and convenience for its customers, the startup is set to become a game-changer in the at-home dental services space.
