Deepinder Goyal, founder and CEO of Zomato, has bought a luxury apartment in The Camellias by DLF, one of India’s most prestigious residential developments. The apartment is located in Gurugram’s DLF Phase 5 and was purchased for Rs 52.3 crore directly from developer DLF Ltd.
Although the property was acquired in 2022, the formal paperwork was executed on March 17, 2025. The apartment spans a massive 10,813 square feet and comes with five dedicated parking spaces. As per public documents accessed through real estate analytics firm Zapkey, Goyal paid Rs 3.66 crore in stamp duty alone.

Goyal’s new address further adds him to the list of elite homeowners at the property. Other well-known residents include Deep Kalra (founder of MakeMyTrip), Sameer Manchanda (Den Networks), and Ashish Gurnani (Assago Group).

His collection of luxury cars includes the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, Ferrari Roma, Porsche 911 Turbo S, Aston Martin DB12, and Lamborghini Urus. The Camellias consistently grabs headlines with high-value real estate transactions. In December 2024, Rishi Parti, CEO of Info-X Software, bought a penthouse for Rs 190 crore. Earlier that year, Smiti Agarwal, director at Wesbok Lifestyle, picked up a unit for Rs 95 crore. In 2023, another 11,000 sq ft apartment at the property was sold for Rs 114 crore in a resale deal.
