Digital real estate platform AltDRX has announced two key leaders to drive innovation and growth. Manisheel Gautam has joined as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Customer Facing Functions, while Shikhar Daydar has been named the Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Experienced Professionals Step In
Manisheel Gautam, an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad, brings years of experience from his roles at Ola and HaystackAnalytics. He also co-founded Investorey, a platform for alternative investments, which raised $1 million in seed funding.
Speaking about his new position, Gautam said, “AltDRX is revolutionizing how Indians invest in real estate. By combining fast problem-solving with expertise in real estate and tokenization, we aim to make AltDRX a leader in technology-driven real estate investing.”
Shikhar Daydar, also an IIT Bombay graduate, has a strong background in data analytics and product development. His earlier roles at Ola and Mobile Premier League (MPL) included designing systems that improved revenue and user engagement.
As the new CPO, Daydar said, “AltDRX is creating a seamless connection between technology and real estate. We want to make investing as simple as buying everyday items, with a product that excites users.”
