Indian home services platform Urban Company has partnered with leading e-commerce brand Noon to bring on-demand home services to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The new alliance allows users in these countries to access Urban Company’s services directly through the Noon app. With this integration, customers can easily book, manage, and rebook professional services for various home-related needs, all from one digital platform.

This move marks a major step in Urban Company’s global growth strategy, giving it access to Noon’s large customer base across the Middle East. By embedding its offerings into a popular local platform, Urban Company can now reach millions of new users and strengthen its position in international markets. This expansion brings the Indian startup closer to becoming a major global player in the home services sector.

Urban Company Services in UAE

In the United Arab Emirates, customers will be able to book a wide variety of services through Noon. These include hourly and monthly cleaning plans, deep cleaning, laundry, air conditioning repairs, plumbing, electrical maintenance, massage, grooming, babysitting, pet care, and at-home salon services.

Services In Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia, Urban Company will offer similar services tailored to local demand. This includes home cleaning on both hourly and monthly bases, deep cleaning for sofas, carpets, and kitchens, and repair services like air conditioning, electrical, and carpentry. Women can also book at-home massage and nail care services.

Abhiraj Singh Bhal, the CEO and cofounder of Urban Company, said that the partnership is a big step in the company’s mission to deliver top-quality home services across the Middle East. He believes that working with Noon will create a smooth, tech-driven experience for users in both countries. Noon CEO Faraz Khalid also highlighted the partnership’s aim to set a new benchmark for reliable and customer-first service in the region.

Flexible Booking Options

Through the Noon app, customers can make one-time bookings or subscribe to recurring service plans for regular upkeep. There is also an option to request the same service provider each time, helping build familiarity and trust between customers and professionals.

The partnership announcement comes just after Urban Company filed for its initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 1,900 crore. In the first nine months of FY25, the company reported operating revenue of Rs 846 crore, which is a 41% rise compared to last year. Impressively, the company has also turned profitable during this period, recording a net profit of Rs 242 crore, reversing a previous loss of Rs 58 crore.

Looking Ahead

With its strong financial performance and new partnership in the Middle East, Urban Company is entering a growth phase that blends global expansion with financial stability. The tie-up with Noon sets the stage for a broader international presence and a new era of accessible, high-quality home services in the region.
