Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has partnered with Think9 Consumer to launch SuperYou, a new protein foods and supplements brand aimed at making protein products affordable and accessible across India. The brand’s first product is India’s first protein wafer bars, available in four delicious flavors: chocolate, choco-peanut butter, strawberry crème, and cheese.
Ranveer Singh, known for his dedication to health and fitness, shared why he wanted to create SuperYou. “I have always loved fitness and wanted to turn this passion into something that could help others,” he said. Singh highlighted that protein is a vital part of a healthy diet, but with busy lifestyles, many people struggle to get enough of it. “This is why I wanted to create something that makes getting protein easy, affordable, and effective,” he added.
Innovative Technology and Growth Goals
SuperYou, co-founded by Singh and Nikunj Biyani in 2024, uses fermented yeast protein technology to create its products. The brand aims to cater to fitness lovers and anyone who wants to lead a healthier life. Singh and Biyani plan to grow SuperYou’s business to Rs 40-50 crore in the next 18-24 months, with a goal of reaching Rs 500 crore in revenue within five years.
Bollywood Stars Investing in Business
Ranveer Singh’s involvement in SuperYou follows a trend of Bollywood stars investing in businesses. Singh has already invested in brands like Sugar Cosmetics, BoAt, and Bold Care. Other celebrities, such as Alia Bhatt with SuperBottoms, Sachin Tendulkar with Spinny, and MS Dhoni with Shaka Harry, have also supported new ventures through investments.
Future Plans for SuperYou
SuperYou has plans to expand beyond protein bars, adding products like biscuits, protein powders, and breakfast cereals. The brand aims to reach a larger audience through major online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart and in stores across 10 Indian cities.
