Samsung Mocks Apple Over Foldable iPhone, AI Tech

Share post:

Samsung has once again taken a direct dig at Apple with its latest social media campaign, this time mocking the iPhone for not having a foldable design and AI features. The timing is notable as it comes just weeks before Apple’s iPhone 17 series launch.

The ad compares Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 with Apple’s traditional iPhone, pointing out that while Samsung’s foldables keep evolving, Apple continues with its slab-style devices.

Missing Features

Apart from foldable phones, Samsung also showcased its Galaxy AI suite, especially the “Sketch to Image” feature, which allows users to generate complete images from simple drawings. According to Samsung, this makes its AI ecosystem more versatile and creative than Apple’s.

Apple has only recently added tools like Image Playground, but Samsung insists that Galaxy AI provides wider functionality and faster innovation in mobile technology.

Rivalry with History

Samsung is well known for its cheeky marketing strategies, often taking bold swipes at Apple. While critics see the approach as aggressive, these ads often gain massive attention and spark online debates.

Interestingly, despite mocking Apple, industry reports suggest that Samsung Display could supply panels for Apple’s first foldable iPhone, expected in late 2026. This adds an ironic twist to the rivalry, showing how competitors often depend on each other in the tech industry.

Samsung’s Market Edge

For now, Samsung enjoys a clear lead in foldable smartphones and mobile AI. Its Galaxy Z Fold series continues to attract attention, while Apple has yet to make its move into the foldable market.

By reminding Apple fans of the gap in innovation, Samsung is strengthening its image as the brand that experiments, adapts, and leads in the next generation of smartphone technology.

Samsung vs Apple

The Samsung vs Apple rivalry is one of the most talked-about battles in the tech world. While Apple is known for refined design and ecosystem integration, Samsung pushes boundaries with new form factors and AI-driven features.

As both brands gear up for their next launches, consumers can expect more bold ads, sharper comparisons, and intense competition that will ultimately drive innovation forward.
