Yummy Bee, a fast-growing café chain specializing in guilt-free indulgence, has secured Rs 18 crore in total funding, including Rs 11 crore from its latest investment round. The funding round was led by Mile Deep Capital, a Hyderabad-based venture capital firm, along with prominent investors like Mohan Krishna, Ajitha Challa, and Praveen Jaipuriar.

With this fresh capital, Yummy Bee is set to expand its presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, bringing its health-conscious menu to a wider audience.

Yummy Bee: Café for Guilt-Free Indulgence

Established in 2022 under VLOGS Food Private Limited, Yummy Bee is India’s first café chain focused on guilt-free eating. The brand is known for its sugar-free, gluten-free, and preservative-free menu, offering a healthy alternative to traditional café food.

Customers can enjoy a range of wholesome dishes, including millet pizzas, tacos, pastas, and signature desserts like Double Chocolate Brownies, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Truffle Pastry. By creating delicious yet nutritious options, Yummy Bee has built a loyal customer base seeking healthy café experiences.

Currently, Yummy Bee operates in Hyderabad, with outlets in Jubilee Hills, Kondapur, Kokapet, and Kukatpally. With growing demand for nutrient-rich and clean-label food, the café chain is now preparing for a major expansion.

Expanding into New Market & Cities

Yummy Bee is using the funding to open new outlets in Mumbai and Bengaluru, targeting health-conscious consumers in these major metros. Alongside expanding its physical presence, the company is also focusing on the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market, introducing a range of consumer-packed products.

The new product lineup will include millet puffs, almond rocks, and other nutritious snacks, making it easier for customers to access Yummy Bee’s healthy treats beyond its café outlets. The company is also working on channel expansion, entering quick commerce platforms and modern trade stores to reach a wider audience.

Targeting Rs 50 Crore ARR

With its expansion plans in place, Yummy Bee aims to reach an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 50 crore by March 2026. The company is also planning to open 20 outlets across India by the end of the year, further strengthening its position as a leader in the guilt-free café segment.

According to Sandeep Jangala, Founder & CEO of Yummy Bee, this funding will help the brand make healthy indulgence more accessible across India. He emphasized the company’s commitment to offering nutritious yet flavorful food, ensuring that customers can enjoy their favorite café treats without guilt.

With growing demand for healthy and sustainable eating options, Yummy Bee is well-positioned to transform the café industry in India. Through its rapid expansion and innovative product offerings, the brand is set to redefine how people enjoy guilt-free indulgence.
