Snabbit, one of India’s fastest-growing startups, has announced a big step in its expansion journey by shifting its corporate headquarters to Koramangala, Bengaluru, and strengthening its product and technology leadership.
The Bengaluru hub spans 10,000 sq. ft. with 150 workstations, making it the central node for Snabbit’s execution and innovation. By bringing together its business, product, and technology teams under one roof, the company aims to create stronger synergies, accelerate decision-making, and build at a faster pace.
Strengthening Leadership
Along with the relocation, Snabbit has expanded its senior leadership team. Ishan Kansal, formerly at CRED, joins as Head of Product, while Ankit Srivastava, who earlier led Platform Engineering at Porter, takes over as Head of Technology. Both leaders bring deep expertise in scaling consumer tech products and platforms.
Sharing his vision, Kansal said, “What we’re building at Snabbit isn’t just a startup story, it’s a movement to redefine how India runs its homes.” Srivastava added, “Technology at Snabbit is the engine that ensures every 10-minute promise feels effortless and reliable. My focus is on building systems that scale.”
Wider Leadership Expansion
Snabbit has also onboarded more senior leaders to bolster its next growth phase. Vikas Choudhary continues to lead operations, while Anurag Meher, with prior experience at CRED and Swiggy, takes charge as Head of Data.
Adding further depth, Capt. H. K. Sharma, an ex-Army officer and former Zomato leader, has joined as Head of Trust, Safety & Law Enforcement. Together, this expanded leadership team reflects Snabbit’s commitment to building a strong, future-ready organisation.
Founder’s Perspective
Commenting on the milestones, Aayush Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Snabbit, recalled the company’s early days. “Snabbit was conceptualised and piloted in my 1BHK apartment in Powai, Mumbai. That city gave us our first believers and momentum. Now, as we move to Bengaluru, the heart of India’s tech ecosystem, I’m excited to build with leaders like Ishan and Ankit and deepen our product and technology focus.”
Snabbit also revealed that it plans to double its workforce by next year, expanding teams across technology, product, growth, and operations.
Growth Across Micromarkets
Over the past year, Snabbit has scaled rapidly in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi NCR micromarkets, becoming a household name for its fast delivery and reliable services. The relocation to Bengaluru is not only symbolic but also strategic, giving the startup direct access to India’s most vibrant talent and innovation ecosystem.
By consolidating leadership and operations in one hub, Snabbit hopes to improve execution speed and innovation cycles, critical for maintaining its momentum in the hyper-competitive quick commerce sector.
Snabbit Business Model
At the core, the Snabbit business model revolves around delivering everyday essentials with speed and reliability. The company’s promise of 10-minute deliveries is enabled through a mix of micro-warehouses, technology-driven route optimisation, and a strong focus on operational discipline.
Unlike traditional e-commerce players, Snabbit is focused on urban micromarkets, which allows it to maintain shorter delivery distances and faster turnaround times. By investing in technology, predictive analytics, and workforce efficiency, the company ensures that its quick commerce model remains cost-effective and scalable. This approach also builds high consumer loyalty, as customers increasingly look for instant convenience in daily purchases.
As Snabbit strengthens its technology and leadership backbone, its Bengaluru move signals the next phase of growth. With plans to double its workforce and expand further across India, the company is well-positioned to capitalise on rising consumer demand for fast, reliable, and trustworthy services.
