Burger Singh Expands to Bengaluru with New Outlets

Burger Singh, one of India’s fastest-growing homegrown burger chains, has expanded its presence to Bengaluru, Karnataka. The brand, known for adding an Indian twist to burgers, has launched its first outlet in HSR Layout and is preparing to open a second outlet in BTM Layout soon.

This expansion is part of Burger Singh’s larger plan to establish a strong presence in key metro cities across India.

Burger Singh Growth in India

Burger Singh has been on an aggressive expansion spree across India. Currently, the brand operates 175+ outlets in metro cities, as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations.

The decision to enter Bengaluru was strategic, given the city’s diverse food culture, young population, and love for fast food. The brand aims to bring its Indian-flavored burgers to a new audience while strengthening its presence in the southern market.

What Makes Burger Singh Special?

Unlike traditional burger chains, Burger Singh is known for its handcrafted sauces and premium ingredients that cater to Indian tastes. Some of its best-selling burgers include:

  • Amritsari Murgh Makhani – A flavorful chicken burger inspired by Punjabi butter chicken.
  • Bunty Pappeh da Aloo – A spiced potato burger with desi flavors.
  • Bihari Gosht Mutton – A mutton burger with rich Bihari-style spices.

These unique offerings have helped the brand stand out in a market traditionally dominated by international fast-food chains.

Aiming to Become India’s Top QSR Brand

Founder & CEO Kabir Jeet Singh emphasized that Burger Singh is more than just a burger chain—it aims to provide an experience rooted in Indian flavors. He stated,
“We have built a brand that appeals to both loyal burger lovers and those who want something new. Expanding to Bengaluru is a big step toward becoming India’s most loved QSR brand.”

Franchise Model for First-Time Entrepreneurs

Burger Singh operates on a franchise-driven model, allowing new entrepreneurs to enter the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry with a low-investment, high-return business model.

Rahul Seth, Co-founder of Burger Singh, highlighted the potential in Bengaluru, stating:

100 Outlets Planned for Bengaluru

Burger Singh has ambitious plans for Bengaluru. Over the next few years, the brand aims to open 100 outlets across the city and its surrounding areas. This will solidify its position as a leader in the Indian fast-food segment.

With its Bengaluru expansion, Burger Singh is set to bring its desi burgers to more food lovers. The brand’s commitment to Indian flavors, innovative business models, and franchise-driven growth makes it a strong competitor in India’s fast-food market.
