BrahmVeda Ventures, a venture studio focused on artificial intelligence (AI), has acquired Vedvaani, an innovative app that blends astrology with AI technology. This acquisition was made through a combination of cash and equity. Vedvaani has gained popularity for offering users personalized astrological predictions and habit-building features using cutting-edge AI.

Strategic Move to Expand AI Solutions

This acquisition highlights BrahmVeda Ventures’ commitment to using AI as a powerful tool to transform different industries and create impactful solutions for consumers. The company, founded by three entrepreneurs—Vipul Kapoor, Nachiket Patel, and Kashyap Pandya—strives to combine AI expertise with entrepreneurial innovation to shape the future of technology.

Leadership’s Excitement for the Future

Vipul Kapoor, Co-founder of BrahmVeda Ventures, expressed his excitement about the acquisition. He said, “We are thrilled to bring Vedvaani into the BrahmVeda family. This acquisition is an essential step in our journey to build ventures that leverage the full power of AI, delivering meaningful and accessible solutions to consumers.” With this move, BrahmVeda Ventures plans to accelerate Vedvaani’s growth and expand its user base, making personalized AI-powered astrological insights available to a global audience.

Growing Interest in AstroTech in India

The acquisition comes at a time when the AstroTech sector in India is seeing increased interest and investments. In May, the online astrology platform Astrotalk raised Rs 110 crore (around USD 14 million) through a mix of primary and secondary funding. Similarly, Noida-based InstaAstro secured Rs 18.5 crore (around USD 2.3 million) in a pre-series A funding round led by Artha Venture Fund.

Vedvaani’s Founder’s Perspective

Rushabh Agarwal, the Founder of Vedvaani, shared his thoughts on the acquisition, saying, “It has been an incredible journey building Vedvaani and watching it grow. BrahmVeda’s recognition of the value in what we’ve created validates the potential of this platform.”

With BrahmVeda Ventures’ resources and expertise, Vedvaani is set to reach more users and enhance its AI-based features, strengthening its position in the fast-growing AstroTech industry.
