Two Brothers Organic Farms (TBOF) has successfully raised Rs 110 crore in a Series B funding round, led by 360 ONE Asset. Other participants in the round include Rainmatter Investments, the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, and Rahul Garg of IGNITE Growth LLP.
The company shared that this fresh capital will be used to expand its manufacturing capacity, international reach, and operational scale, helping it meet growing demand both in India and abroad.
Two Brothers Growth
Founded by 4th-generation farmers Ajinkya and Satyajit Hange, the company has built its brand around farmer welfare, soil-first practices, and indigenous community support. Over the past three years, TBOF has grown more than eight-fold, now offering over 100 organic products, including A2 cultured ghee, khapli atta, and cold-pressed oils.
With a presence in 50+ countries, TBOF has already crossed Rs 200 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR), marking a strong global footprint while staying rooted in Indian farming traditions.
Investor Confidence Grows
Speaking about the funding, Satyajit Hange, Co-Founder of TBOF, said that the support from investors is a validation of their vision. “This conscious capital will help us strengthen our manufacturing processes, expand into international markets, and continue our commitment to regenerative agriculture.”
Ajinkya Hange, the other Co-Founder, added, “Our aim is to grow sustainably while increasing our reach in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across India, and simultaneously expand our footprint globally to make clean, traceable food more accessible.”
Backing from Investors

Sumit Jain, Senior Fund Manager and Strategy Head for Mid-Stage Venture at 360 ONE Asset, expressed optimism about the partnership. He highlighted that TBOF’s mix of business growth potential and focus on sustainability makes it a standout player in the organic food sector. “We look forward to supporting their journey to scale new heights, both domestically and internationally,” he said.
Rainmatter Investments also voiced its belief in the company’s mission. Dinesh Pai, Head of Rainmatter, noted that with nearly half of India’s workforce employed in agriculture, TBOF’s commitment to regenerative farming and farmer empowerment is a game-changer. “Their approach to sustainability makes them an exceptional investment, and we are excited to support their expansion.”
Sustainable Food Movement
TBOF’s story is not only about business growth but also about building a transparent food ecosystem. The company believes that consumers worldwide are now more aware of what they eat, and there is a strong demand for traceable, chemical-free, and sustainable food options.
By combining regenerative farming practices with a global distribution network, TBOF is positioning itself as a leader in sustainable food systems and setting an example for the organic food industry.
