Toy marketplace Snooplay has secured Rs 8 crore in a pre-Series A1 funding round led by Pravek Family Office, alongside support from strategic angel investors. The Noida-based company had previously raised USD 535,000 in a seed round.
The funds will be used to launch two proprietary technology products aimed at transforming how toys are discovered, purchased, and reused in India. The platform uses artificial intelligence, data, and user insights to offer a smarter way for parents, collectors, and gift buyers to engage with toys.
Early-stage Funding
Founded in 2019 by Aanchal Mahajan and Brij Raj Singh, Snooplay combines toy discovery, purchase, and buyback on one platform. Its Toy Intelligence Database maps toys to developmental skills, moods, and learning goals, providing personalised recommendations.
Snooplay currently lists over 35,000 toys from more than 600 brands. The company plans to grow its buyback programme with NGO partnerships, expand private label products, and enhance technology, logistics, and retail presence across both online and offline channels.
