Shreetech Raises $4.5 Million to Expand Digital Infrastructure

Share post:

Mumbai-based Shreetech Data has secured $4.5 million in funding from Aarii Ventures, the investment arm of the Kothari family (Arvog and Augmont Group), and the Cello Family Office.

Shreetech Funding

The company will use the funds to strengthen its integrated operations in data centers, power infrastructure, and in-house manufacturing, enabling faster and more reliable delivery of infrastructure projects.

Founded in 1998, Shreetech delivers end-to-end infrastructure solutions, including design, construction, IT integration, technical audits, and lifecycle management. It operates in three core verticals, data center and digital infrastructure, power infra, and mission-critical manufacturing.

To date, the company has executed over 100 data center projects and holds over 500 MW of sanctioned power capacity, making it a trusted partner in India’s rapidly expanding digital economy.

Investor Confidence

According to Sagar Nishar, CIO of Aarii Ventures, Shreetech’s integrated approach and in-house capabilities set new benchmarks in speed, efficiency, and reliability for the infrastructure sector.

The Cello Family Office, well-known for its consumer products brand Cello, has been actively investing in high-growth ventures such as Zepto and sees Shreetech as a strong addition to its portfolio.

Strong Backing

Shreetech operates its proprietary Datalix manufacturing line, producing LV switchboards, smart PDUs, cable management systems, and data center ceiling systems. These products support both Shreetech’s EPC projects and third-party clients.

Its data center services cover turnkey civil and MEP execution, IT networks, cybersecurity, smart city systems, and leasing, while the power infra vertical handles transmission lines, substations, and rail electrification.

Rapid Revenue Growth

Shreetech has delivered a 62% CAGR over the last four years, with revenue growing from Rs 88 crore in FY21 to Rs 613 crore in FY25. This growth is largely driven by its data infrastructure segment.

With the support of two major family offices, Shreetech aims to position itself as a full-stack infrastructure partner to India’s growing digital and industrial sectors.
