Men’s Health Startup RxMen Raises Rs 5 Cr Funding

Share post:

Delhi-based men’s health tech startup RxMen has successfully raised Rs 5 crores in a Seed funding round, with Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) leading the investment. The round also saw backing from SPA Family Ventures, Ankit Goel, Seven Square Ventures, and a grant from the Prosus Group.

The company plans to utilize the funds for brand building, launching RxMen-branded healthcare products, and expanding through co-branded clinics. With this infusion, RxMen is targeting to achieve positive EBITDA by October 2025, showing confidence in its growth trajectory.

Growth in Demand

Over the last 20 months, RxMen has witnessed 100x growth in revenue, projecting an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of USD 1.7 million by FY26. For August 2025 alone, the company reported a Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of USD 70,000.

Till date, the startup has delivered more than 30,000 consultations and continues to handle over 6,000 consultations per month. This demand signals the rising acceptance of men’s healthcare solutions in India, a segment often underrepresented in the broader wellness ecosystem.

India’s First Full-Stack Platform

Founded in 2023 by second-time entrepreneur Shailja Mittal, RxMen positions itself as India’s first full-stack, clinic-led men’s health platform. The startup covers multiple areas including sexual health, hormonal balance, skin, hair, sleep, and mental well-being.

Mittal, who previously founded Koala Kabs, brings both entrepreneurial experience and vision to RxMen. She is a B.Tech graduate from Delhi College of Engineering and has received recognition such as BW 40 Under 40 and the Digital Women Award.

Clinical Innovation at Core

A standout feature of the platform is its proprietary Sexual Health Index (SHI), developed using insights from more than 25,000 anonymized consultations and refined with guidance from senior clinicians. The index is currently under clinical validation at IIT Jodhpur.

With a network of over 25 medical specialists across urology, sexology, psychiatry, and therapy, RxMen claims a 95% success rate in patient outcomes. By offering doctor-led care rather than quick-fix solutions, the startup emphasizes long-term health improvements for men.

Market Potential Expands

According to global estimates, the health and wellness industry is valued at USD 4.5 trillion, with India contributing USD 155 billion in 2024. This is projected to rise to USD 257 billion by 2033.

RxMen estimates that men contribute nearly 25% to this market, translating to a USD 39 billion opportunity. The company focuses on urban, digital-first men aged 25–45 years, representing a 30 million strong consumer base that is increasingly open to investing in preventive and specialized care.

Investor’s Perspective

Commenting on the investment, Vinay Bansal, Founder of Inflection Point Ventures, said that men’s health issues — particularly sexual and dermatological concerns — are often stigmatized and ignored. He highlighted RxMen’s comprehensive and clinic-driven model as a way to encourage men to seek treatment with confidence.

IPV, with its network of over 23,500 professionals and investors, has supported multiple startups in India. Through its USD 50 million CAT 2 VC fund, Physis Capital, IPV continues to back growth-stage ventures across various industries.

Men’s Health Startups

Men’s health startups are specialized healthcare companies that focus on addressing medical, physical, and mental health needs unique to men. Unlike general healthcare platforms, they create dedicated ecosystems for concerns such as sexual wellness, hormonal imbalances, skin and hair issues, sleep disorders, and mental health.

By combining digital-first services, doctor-led care, and clinic-based support, such startups aim to break the stigma around men’s health and provide confidential, science-backed, and holistic treatment options. RxMen’s entry into this sector is setting a benchmark for how men’s healthcare can be made both accessible and acceptable in India.
