Bengaluru-based prop-tech startup Inkers Technology has raised $3 million in a Series A funding round led by Ashish Kasholia of Lucky Investments. This funding comes after the company previously secured $2.03 million from Sailing Stones Technologies and other investors.

Inkers plans to use the fresh funds to expand its market reach and enhance its AI-powered technology solutions for the construction industry. The announcement highlights the company’s commitment to transforming the construction sector with innovative tools.

Driving Change with Advanced Technology

Inkers Technology was founded by Rohan Shravan, Manish Giri, and Srikanth Kandada with a vision to revolutionize the construction industry. The startup leverages cutting-edge technologies like computer vision, deep neural networks, and hardware acceleration to provide actionable insights for construction projects.

The company’s flagship product, Observance, processes complex data, including point clouds, images, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) models. It delivers hyper-accurate 3D models, thermal maps, and defect reports to construction teams within 24–48 hours.

Fast and Accurate Data Processing

Observance stands out for its ability to scan up to 100,000 square feet per hour, enabling teams to detect structural issues early and optimize workflows. This not only saves time and money but also helps improve overall project quality.

With Observance, construction teams can quickly identify defects, streamline their operations, and reduce delays. The platform’s ability to process massive amounts of data ensures efficient management of large-scale construction projects.

Proven Impact Across India

Inkers Technology has already made a significant impact, with its solutions deployed at over 150 construction sites in cities such as Bangalore, NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The company claims to have processed more than 250 million square feet of construction data and handled two petabytes of information.

These achievements demonstrate Inkers’ potential to address critical challenges in the construction sector, from improving efficiency to reducing costs.

Supporting Sustainable Growth

Inkers is committed to driving the digital transformation of the construction industry in India and beyond. By offering smarter and faster solutions, the company aims to promote sustainable growth and tackle pressing infrastructure challenges.

The fresh funding will help Inkers accelerate its mission to deliver innovative AI-powered tools that empower construction teams and improve project outcomes.

A Bright Future for Prop-Tech

With this new investment, Inkers Technology is well-positioned to expand its reach and enhance its product offerings. The company’s focus on integrating advanced technologies into the construction process reflects the growing importance of prop-tech in modern infrastructure development.

By continuing to innovate and address industry challenges, Inkers is set to play a key role in shaping the future of construction in India and beyond.
