HealthPresso TechnoMedia has announced that its AI-based healthcare content platform, HUMETA, is raising $2 million in a pre-seed funding round to support its move, following a successful $300,000 angel round in July 2025. The company is expanding into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States (US).
In the UAE, HUMETA will work directly with hospital networks, clinics, and specialty centres to create point-of-care medical content. In the US, the company will collaborate with medical associations and pharma brands to ensure healthcare communication is accurate and regulation-compliant.
AI-Driven Precision
HUMETA creates multi-format, multilingual, and regulation-ready medical content, covering CME modules, discharge summaries, patient explainers, and scientific publications in line with FDA, EMA, and CDSCO guidelines.
Built on a proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework, HUMETA is trained on 3.5 million verified medical datasets to ensure content precision and clinical accuracy.
Bridging the Gap
According to HealthPresso TechnoMedia, only 15–20% of doctors worldwide actively contribute to healthcare content creation. Out of 12 million global physicians, nearly 10 million remain passive in this space.
In India, fewer than 5% of 1.2 million registered allopathic doctors create medical content, despite producing over 50,000 new MBBS graduates annually. This gap limits the effectiveness of pharma, hospital, and Med-Tech communication, a challenge HUMETA aims to solve.
