Fresh From Farm Raises $2 Million in Funding, Aims for Rs 100 Crore ARR

Food-agri startup Fresh From Farm (F3) announced a successful pre-series A funding round, raising $2 million with participation from VC firm Inflection Point Ventures. The funding will facilitate team expansion, technological advancements, and the introduction of new product lines within the company.

Fresh From Farm specializes in overseeing retailers’ operations, managing procurement, handling, sorting, and distribution processes. This approach enables retailers to focus solely on driving sales while ensuring the efficiency of the supply chain.

Rohit Nagdewani, Founder of Fresh From Farm, expressed confidence in the startup’s ability to reduce wastage and consolidate demand efficiently. He highlighted the significant benefits experienced by retailer partners, with an average increase of 29% in earnings compared to traditional channels.

With a current annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 40 crore, Fresh From Farm aims to scale its operations aggressively. Nagdewani stated the company’s ambitious target of achieving Rs 100 crore ARR by the end of the calendar year, emphasizing the commitment to sustained growth and innovation.

Vikram Ramasubramanian, Partner at Inflection Point Ventures, commended Fresh From Farm’s transparent and efficient approach, empowering retailers to offer quality produce at fair prices. He underscored the startup’s role in bridging the gap between affordability and profitability in the food-agri sector.
