Defence tech startup Ammunic Systems has raised USD 1.1 million in seed funding. The round was co-led by India Accelerator and Finvolve. The fresh capital aims to strengthen research and development, increase manufacturing capacity, and build the company’s team.
The Bengaluru-based startup plans to use this investment to improve its product range, focusing on locally developed defence technologies that meet modern warfare needs. The move supports India’s mission to achieve self-reliance in strategic defence.

Founded in 2024, Ammunic Systems designs and builds advanced weapon systems. Its main work includes electronic fuzes, warheads, and munition integration technologies, all crafted to deliver greater safety, precision, and efficiency.
Founder Priyanka Singhal shared, “This investment is more than funding; it’s trust in our belief that India can lead in defending its own future. We want to prove that India can create world-class defence solutions.”
