30 Sundays, an innovative travel agency that uses artificial intelligence (AI), has raised $770,000 in its pre-seed funding round. This funding was led by Infoedge Ventures, with other participants including First Cheque, Eximius, Misfits, and several angel investors.

Plans for Growth and Expansion

With the new funding, 30 Sundays aims to expand its range of travel options and explore new destinations, focusing on European markets and long-distance trips. Part of the funding will also go towards boosting the company’s AI and data capabilities, ensuring smooth growth and maintaining excellent customer service.

Launched in 2022 by Kshitij Chaudhary and Anuj, 30 Sundays stands out for its use of advanced AI technology, specifically generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), to make travel planning easier. The company’s AI-driven approach helps automate important tasks like collecting customer information, updating travel plans, and analyzing customer interactions to provide valuable insights.

Efficiency Through Technology

One of 30 Sundays’ major advantages is its use of GenAI in various parts of its business, including sales, operations, and marketing. This integration allows the company to boost efficiency by up to five times compared to traditional travel agencies. As a result, 30 Sundays can serve more customers without losing the high level of service often compromised by more labor-intensive travel businesses.

India’s outbound tourism industry is expected to grow rapidly. Experts project that the market will be worth $18.8 billion in 2024 and grow to $55.4 billion by 2034. With this significant growth on the horizon, 30 Sundays is in an excellent position to benefit from the expanding travel industry.

Aiming for Continued Success

By blending AI technology with a deep understanding of customer needs, 30 Sundays is set to become a key player in the travel market. With its innovative approach and fresh funding, the company is ready to offer more destinations, better technology, and improved customer experiences.

The founders are optimistic about the future, hoping to use the AI-powered platform to transform the travel experience for more people. This strategic funding round and expansion plan show the company’s dedication to creating unique travel solutions that are both efficient and customer-friendly.

30 Sundays’ combination of innovative AI tools and a customer-first approach positions it well for the future. With the $770,000 funding, the company can further establish itself in the growing global travel market, set new standards, and reach more travelers around the world.
