Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To make the World’s Best Workplaces list, companies must have appeared on at least five Best Workplaces lists in major regions like Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America, Africa, or Australia between 2023 and early 2024. Additionally, the companies must have at least 5,000 employees worldwide, with 40% of the workforce (or at least 5,000 employees) based outside the company’s headquarters country.
Employees in the top 25 companies report feeling more valued and cared for by their leaders. 55% more employees said their managers care about them as individuals, not just as workers, compared to the typical workplace. Furthermore, 48% of employees in these companies said that leaders truly embody the company’s values, setting them apart from the usual workplace environment.
