Nodwin Gaming, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has acquired StarLadder, a well-known global esports platform recognized for hosting and producing major gaming events. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen Nodwin’s presence in international esports while expanding its portfolio of high-profile gaming tournaments.

The acquisition of StarLadder aligns with Nodwin Gaming’s expansion strategy, enabling it to enhance its premium esports event offerings. StarLadder, based in Europe, will continue to operate independently under its founder, Roman Romantsov, who will also become a shareholder in Nodwin Gaming.

Over the past few months, Nodwin Gaming has been actively expanding its reach by acquiring several gaming and entertainment companies, including:

The StarLadder acquisition is valued at $5.5 million (Rs 46.75 crore). Additional compensation may be offered if StarLadder meets certain performance milestones in the future.
