Some of Vatika Group’s top commercial developments, such as Vatika Mindscapes, One On One, and First India Place, have been awarded LEED Platinum status. Additionally, residential and retail projects like Seven Elements, Sovereign Park, and V’Lante secured LEED Gold certifications.
