Adda, a leading provider of housing society management software, is set to invest Rs 15 crore over the next year to expand its presence across India, as announced by co-founder San Banerjee. This significant investment will support Adda’s goal to strengthen its reach and enhance its services within the country.
Global Presence and Strong Client Base
Founded in 2009, Adda operates in more than 10 countries, including India, the United States, the Middle East, and Singapore. With over 3,500 communities using Adda’s platform across 80 cities in India, the company has established itself as a trusted tool for housing society management. Its clients include prominent developers like DLF, Rustomjee, Prestige, Sobha, Oberoi, Seawoods Estates, and Brigade. In addition, companies such as Embassy Group, ASBL, and Knight Frank Singapore have also adopted the Adda platform for their properties.
Comprehensive Management Features
Adda’s platform offers a wide range of management tools designed specifically for housing societies. The software includes visitor management, billing and collection, facility booking, and asset tracking. Advanced features such as violation tracking and an AI-powered community helpdesk further enhance the user experience, catering to various community needs.
Privacy-First Approach and Revenue Model
One of Adda’s unique selling points is its no-advertisement policy, which emphasizes user privacy and data protection. Adda generates revenue solely through software subscriptions, operating profitably while maintaining a user-friendly, ad-free environment.
Client Diversity Across Regions
In India, the primary clients of Adda are Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) or Owners Association Management Committee members. In the Middle East, Owners Association Management Companies (OAMs) often manage multiple communities and directly subscribe to Adda. In the United States, Self Managed Homeowners Associations (HOAs) also rely on Adda’s subscription-based services for efficient society management.
As Adda continues to expand, its technology-driven, privacy-focused approach is expected to further transform housing society management, offering convenient solutions for communities worldwide.
