Google-backed edtech company Adda247 has acquired PrepInsta, a platform focused on helping students prepare for job placements. This acquisition is part of Adda247’s plans to expand its offerings in job-focused education and skilling programs. This move follows Adda247’s previous acquisitions, including StudyIQ in 2021, Veeksha in 2023, and Ekagrata in July 2024. These strategic takeovers show Adda247’s shift from being just a test prep company to a comprehensive provider of education for both public and private sector jobs.

Know About PrepInsta

Founded in 2019, PrepInsta caters mainly to engineering students who are preparing for job assessments and interviews. The platform helps students secure roles like data scientist, software engineer, full-stack developer, and quality analyst. PrepInsta has become popular by offering a variety of programs in high-demand fields such as generative AI, AI/ML, cloud computing, and data science. It prepares students for careers in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and leading digital companies.

Exciting Future for PrepInsta

Atulya Kaushik, co-founder of PrepInsta, expressed excitement about joining Adda247. He stated, “We are thrilled to be part of Adda247, a leader in Test Prep that supports career development across more than 35 categories. Their user base includes many engineering students and fresh graduates, which will help us reach over 1.2 million paid users with our tech and digital skills programs.”

Adda247’s Growing Reach

Founded in 2016 by Anil Nagar and Saurabh Bansal, Adda247 provides a wide range of educational products, including live online classes, mock tests, video courses, and e-books.
