Commerce Forever Solutions recently reported net sales of Rs 115 crore for the financial year 2024–25, showcasing its solid position in the market. With a well-established backend system and strong infrastructure for e-commerce operations, the company is a valuable addition to Ampivo AI’s growing portfolio. Despite the acquisition, Commerce Forever will continue operating under its current brand name while Ampivo AI introduces AI-based enhancements across core business functions.
