Mumbai: Grammy Award-winning artist Enrique Iglesias has landed in Mumbai for his highly anticipated concert scheduled for October 29 and 30, 2025, at the MMRDA Grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). Organizers have opened the gates from 2:00 PM to accommodate the large number of fans expected from across India. The two-day event marks Iglesias’s return to India after more than a decade.
Marking his third visit to the country, the pop star’s previous performances in 2004 and 2012 drew huge crowds. This year’s concert forms part of his ongoing global tour, promising Indian audiences a mix of classic hits and recent chartbusters. With high production standards, advanced lighting, and special effects, the event is expected to deliver a memorable live music experience for fans of all ages.
Produced and promoted by EVA Live, one of India’s largest event management companies, the concert is powered by Mastercard, with District By Zomato serving as the ticketing partner. Over 50,000 attendees are expected across both days of the music festival.
Event Schedule and Line-Up
The performances will begin at 6:00 PM and continue until 10:00 PM. EDM duo Progressive Brothers will open the evening at 6:00 PM, followed by Indo-Canadian singer Jonita Gandhi at 6:45 PM. Enrique Iglesias is scheduled to take the stage at 8:00 PM and perform for nearly two hours.
Organizers have promised a combination of live instrumentation, visual displays, and crowd interaction to heighten the fan experience. Song selections are expected to span multiple eras of the artist’s career.
Mumbai Police and local authorities have implemented robust safety and traffic plans to handle the expected turnout. Over 300 traffic marshals are assigned to manage crowd and vehicle movement around the venue, which is located near the Asian Heart Hospital. More than 500 private security personnel will be deployed onsite to ensure smooth entry and exit for fans.
Law enforcement officials have requested attendees to cooperate during security checks and avoid carrying restricted items. The advisory also encourages visitors to use public transport whenever possible to ease congestion in BKC’s busy thoroughfares.
Travel and Public Transport
The Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC) has adjusted the schedule of Metro Line 3 for concert-goers. The last metro from Aarey and BKC towards Cuffe Parade will depart at 11:42 PM and midnight respectively. Trains from Cuffe Parade and BKC toward Aarey will leave at 11:33 PM and 12:07 AM respectively. Closest stations to the venue are Bandra Kurla Complex and Bandra Colony.
Additionally, authorities have requested commuters to expect heavier traffic from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM around the BKC area during both concert days.
Organizers have prepared for variable weather conditions, ensuring ponchos will be distributed if it rains. The ground has been treated to prevent waterlogging. Gourmet Tales Co. will oversee the food and beverage experience across two zones—VIP and General Access—featuring outlets like Starbucks, Foo, Copper Chimney, The Indian Project, Jimis Burger, Mezcalita Cantina, and Dripface Coffee.
Twenty on-site hydration stations and medical facilities, including ambulances, will be available across the venue.
On-Ground Brand Activations
Event partners have planned a variety of interactive brand activations. Mastercard cardholders will receive a 15 percent discount on food and beverages. Mentos will host a “Pop Freeze Moment” photo booth, while Vero Moda is adding an icy tunnel where fans can write love notes for Iglesias. Maharashtra Tourism is creating an immersive LED walkway, and Amazon Music will operate a dedicated fan engagement booth.
The organizer’s advisory lists several prohibited items to ensure public safety. Attendees are not permitted to bring umbrellas, outside food or drinks, large bags, drones, professional cameras, or sharp objects. Alcohol, fireworks, and any flammable items are strictly banned. Fans are urged to review venue rules in advance and arrive early to allow time for checks.
