Currently serving cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, Zepto Café is expanding to include Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. The service promises a fast yet premium café experience, redefining food delivery for urban customers.

Zepto Café’s menu features over 148 items, blending traditional favorites and modern delicacies. Options include classics like samosas and vada pav alongside trendy picks like Vietnamese Cold Coffee and Mini Butter Croissants. Regional preferences are also catered to—Adrak Chai is outperforming filter coffee in Bengaluru, while Chennai customers favor the croissants over local snacks.
The menu caters to all-day dining, from breakfast to evening snacks, making it a convenient choice for busy professionals, students, and families.

Aadit Palicha, CEO of Zepto, highlighted the brand’s unique approach to maintaining quality while delivering at record speed. “We use advanced technology and specialized equipment, like handcrafted coffee machines, to ensure customers receive high-quality food within 10 minutes,” he said.
This strategy has paid off, with Zepto Café achieving an Annual Run Rate (ARR) GMV of Rs 160 crore despite operating in just 15% of its store network. The company is on track to reach an ARR of Rs 1,000 crore by next fiscal year, Palicha added.
