Mumbai-based Nuvana Wellness Clinic has announced that actors and entrepreneurs Rakul Preet Singh and her husband Jackky Bhagnani have joined the centre as strategic investors. The financial details of the investment have not been disclosed. The partnership comes as the clinic looks to strengthen its position in India’s growing integrative and regenerative health segment.
Rakul Preet Investment
The association is based on a shared belief in preventive wellbeing and long-term health optimisation. According to the clinic, both Rakul and Jackky have undergone treatments at the centre and aligned with its focus on personalised protocols and evidence-backed therapies. Their involvement is expected to support the clinic’s expansion plans in the coming years.
Nuvana Wellness, which offers a combined approach to diagnostics, therapeutics and recovery services, aims to use this partnership to accelerate its next phase of growth. The management noted that research investments, advancements in regenerative therapies and increased personalisation through data-led insights will form key areas of development.

Clinic Expands Services
The centre plans to open new facilities designed to offer a unified ecosystem of services across pain management, rehabilitation and aesthetic treatments. These upcoming centres will integrate assessment, treatment and recovery into a single model aimed at long-term wellbeing.
Founded in 2023 by Dr Rohan Goyal and Abhishree Goyal, Nuvana Wellness provides a wide range of services that include knee pain management, physiotherapy, acupuncture, cosmetology, HydraFacials, laser hair removal, hair PRP therapy, IV drips, ozone therapy and hydrogen inhalation therapy. The clinic positions itself as a hub for natural yet science-supported approaches to preventive health.
The founders emphasise that India’s interest in wellness is shifting toward sustainable, evidence-led practices. By expanding its technology and treatment pathways, the clinic intends to meet rising demand for integrative health options across major cities.
Focus on Preventive Care
Speaking about the partnership, Dr Rohan Goyal said the centre’s goal is to become a trusted space for individuals seeking clarity on safe and effective health solutions. He added that the new investment will help Nuvana scale responsibly by adding more centres and improving the overall care ecosystem through deeper research and innovation.

According to him, the clinic’s next stage of growth depends on strengthening regenerative therapy expertise, broadening treatment pathways and improving personalisation through enhanced diagnostics. The strategic backing from the two actors is expected to support this direction.
