Global consumer-focused investment firm L Catterton has named Vikram Kumaraswamy as Partner and Co-Head of its India operations. He will work closely with Sanjiv Mehta, Executive Chairman of L Catterton India, and Anjana Sasidharan, who also serves as Partner and Co-Head.
Kumaraswamy brings almost 30 years of experience, mainly from Unilever PLC Group. In his last role as Global Head of Corporate Development and Treasury in London, he led capital allocation strategies and oversaw deals worth about USD 15 billion across many sectors and countries.

Throughout his career, Kumaraswamy has held senior roles, including CFO of PT Unilever Indonesia, Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions in London, and finance positions at Hindustan Unilever Limited. He also currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC.
